Had to wait for four hours before I could turn off the heater in the greenhouse and the chicken area because it was 34F all morning...finally crept up to 40 and I gave the heaters a small break before the afternoon sunset. The fountain is frozen solid.

ON THE EIGHTH DAY OF CHRISTMAS, your true love gave to you - eight maids a milking...seven swans a swimming, six geese a laying, five golden rings, four calling birds, three French hens, two turtle doves, and a partridge in a pear tree.
Here's some milk I got from the eight maids - we think they must have been milking some brown cows!
