GARDEN UPDATE
Spitting rain and very windy today. We took out a whole trashcan of dead leaves from the front porch yesterday and today there are more, of course. Dark clouds tell me it is much worse down the hill but here we are snuggling under blankies by a roaring fire, puppies all in dreamland while Dean Martin, Karen Carpenter and Louis Armstrong croon holiday lullabies.
